A profile for every member with contact details, membership history, payments and visits. Search by name, number, phone or email, and filter by status, plan or balance.

Monthly, quarterly, annual or a custom length, each with a price and a list of benefits. Turn a plan off without touching the memberships already sold.

Renewals and history
Renew a member and the old term stays on record. A member shows as active, expiring soon or expired from the dates, so the count is always the same on every screen.

Check-ins
Find a member, see at once whether their membership is valid, and check them in and out. An expired or suspended member is stopped, and a manager can admit them with a reason that is kept.

Payments and receipts
Record what you collect in cash, GCash, bank transfer or card, including partial payments. See who is paid, unpaid or overdue, and print a receipt. Bizph records payments; it does not take them online.
